Classes
Three hours. Real bread. New neighbors.
A hands-on sourdough experience in St. Augustine — strangers walk in, and by the time you break a loaf together, they’re not strangers anymore.
What happens in the room
Over about three hours you’ll work through the process by hand mixing, shaping, baking — with Ed guiding the room as you go. You’ll leave with bread you made, the confidence to keep baking at home, and usually a few new people to wave to at the market.
No prior baking experience needed. Curiosity is enough.
Who it’s for
- First-timers who want the process to finally click
- Locals who keep coming back (and bring a friend)
- Friends or teams looking for a hands-on afternoon worth the drive from nearby towns
Private groups of six or more can reserve the room for themselves — ask when you book.
Inside a Bread Together class
Real classes. Real students. Real bread.
Three hands-on hours, a small group, and a loaf you'll be proud of. These are our guests, and the bread they baked in class.
