What happens in the room

Over about three hours you’ll work through the process by hand — mixing, shaping, baking — with Ed guiding the room as you go. You’ll leave with bread you made, the confidence to keep baking at home, and usually a few new people to wave to at the market.

No prior baking experience needed. Curiosity is enough.

Who its for

  • First-timers who want the process to finally click
  • Locals who keep coming back (and bring a friend)
  • Friends or teams looking for a hands-on afternoon worth the drive from nearby towns

Private groups of six or more can reserve the room for themselves ask when you book.
